Great creative shouldn't require a big agency or a huge team. That sentence used to be a wish; inside IM8 it became an operating fact. We watched a small team feed accounts that would traditionally need a floor of designers — because the system, not the headcount, carried the volume.
The strange part was keeping it private. When a tool works that well, hoarding it stops making sense — the advantage was never the secrecy, it was the discipline of the loop: encode the brand once, mine the angles, ship the batch, learn, repeat. That loop works for anyone willing to run it.
So we opened it. The point of CO8 is that the unfair advantage becomes boring: a system you run every week, not a hero project you attempt every quarter.
