The bottleneck
IM8 — co-founded with David Beckham and wholly owned by Prenetics (NASDAQ: PRE) — had everything a growth team wants: product, capital, distribution. The constraint was never spend. It was creative: no team, agency, or freelancer bench could produce enough high-quality ads, fast enough, to feed accounts spending at that level.
What changed
CO8 was built inside the brand as the answer. Products, customer reviews, offers, and brand identity were encoded into the system; every week it produced disciplined cohorts of on-brand static ads across hooks, claims, and formats. Winners were scaled and refreshed before fatigue; losers taught the angle library. Creative went from the bottleneck to the growth engine.
At IM8 we were running thousands of ads a month, and the constraint was never spend — it was creative. CO8 fixed that, and it became one of the biggest reasons we scaled the way we did. When a tool is this good, you don't keep it to yourself.

Steal this playbook
Takeaways from the growth curve.
- Treat creative volume as the primary growth lever — budget was never the ceiling.
- Test distinct arguments, not variations of one ad; winners are found, not predicted.
- Refresh winners before they fatigue, and feed every learning into the next batch.
