User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of the data CO8 (co8.ai) holds about you. It applies to your CO8 account data and to any data CO8 obtained from the Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) when you connected those accounts. For full details on what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1 — Email us

Send a request to [email protected] with the subject “User Data Deletion Request”. Please send it from the email address associated with your CO8 account so we can verify the request.

We will:

  1. Verify your identity and locate the data associated with your account.
  2. Delete your personal data — including any data obtained from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — from our active systems.
  3. Confirm completion to you, normally within 30 days.

Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records); these are kept only as long as legally necessary and are not used for any other purpose.

Option 2 — Disconnect & remove from Facebook

If you connected CO8 using Facebook Login, you can revoke access directly from Meta:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Select Apps and Websites.
  3. Find “CO8” in the list and choose Remove.

Removing the app invalidates CO8’s access tokens so we can no longer access your Meta data. To also delete the data we previously stored, follow Option 1 above.

You can also disconnect Meta accounts at any time from within the CO8 app.

What gets deleted

  • Your CO8 account profile and contact details.
  • Content and assets you uploaded to CO8.
  • Data obtained from Meta under the permissions you granted — such as Facebook Login profile details, ad accounts, campaigns, ad creatives and insights, connected Pages/Instagram assets, and pixel/conversions data.
